The challenge was clear: we needed to sell the plots of land to initiate construction. We accepted it, and within 9 months, all the land was sold out. Along the way, we adjusted the communication strategy, developed the website, maintained the social networks, and in partnership with Carol Matos, who joined us from Rio de Janeiro, we created successful performance campaigns.
